Tyler Woods, Ph.D. has over fifteen years experience facilitating support groups and provides a mind body spirit approach to a variety of issues and topics. By using the mind body spirit approach to these support groups, participants enhance their recovery, feel much better for longer periods, and are able to integrate everything they learn into their life on a daily basis.
